In a highly desirable area, the cabrera village provides a very exclusive setting here in the almeria region and some of the most breathtaking views spain has to offer.
The village centre offers some fantastic bars and restaurants and activities such as tennis, horse riding, golf, walking and climbing can all be enjoyed just minutes away. The much larger town of turre is a little over 5 minutes drive and the coastal resorts of Mojacar and Garrucha just a little further on.
Full of typical moorish character the property is loaded with striking features including a huge raised dome in the lounge ceiling.
On the ground floor you will find two good size double bedrooms both with wardrobes and en-suite facility.
A set of marble stairs takes you to the lounge/diner with two sets of french doors off onto a sunny terrace with magnificent views over the village, mountains and the coast.
The lounge has an open feature fireplace for those cosy winter nights in, and air-con and ceiling fan for the hot summer months.
The communal pool with its bar area and terraces is just a short walk from the property. This is for exclusive use of the small community.
